The Birther

Somebody get me a cheeseburger

(to the tune of Steve Miller’s “The Joker”)

Some people call me Joe the Plumber
Some call me the Disciple of Rand
Some people call me John Galt
’Cause I believe in the Invisible Hand
I hear some people been talkin’ about me
They say I shouldn’t go anti-vax
Hung the jury, hung the jury, hung the jury, baby
When the feds tried to charge me a tax

Well, I’m a Truther and I’m a Birther
I’m a Bircher and a Young Earther
Drill my militia with my son
I’ve got a bunker, I’ve got a Luger
And a safe full of Krugers
Won’t let the U.N. take my guns

We’re the whitest crowd I ever did see
Really love your speeches but don’t tread on me
Lovely Sarah, Guvvy Sarah, love the Guvvy all the time
Better stick with me, baby, the perimeter’s mined

Well, I’m a Truther and I’m a Birther
I’m a Bircher and a Young Earther
Drill my militia with my son
I’ve got a bunker, I’ve got a Luger
And a safe full of Krugers
Sure would like to hurt someone
